We invited artists, guests and volunteers to join us at La Maison de Simon and kick off our culinary arts program with a day of French gastronomy and art, featuring renowned food writer and chef Patricia Wells who treated us to a captivating demonstration of seasonal aperitif recipes, and NYC-based painter Susan Vecsey who led an inspiring masterclass to give our guests a glimpse into the daily life of our resident artists.
