How to apply
The 2025 application period is now closed. Applications for the 2026 residency program will open in January 2025.
We accept applications from artists in the fields of visual art, music, writing and the culinary arts. Both local and international artists are invited to submit their application. We strongly believe in the enriching impact of artistic exchange and the transformative influence of nature on creative perspectives. We encourage artists to apply in pairs, either to work collaboratively, or to work separately.
Our residency durations range from 6 to 12 weeks for the Artist-in-Residence Program, 4 weeks for the Professor-in-Residence Program, and 1 to 3 weeks for the Culinary Arts Program. All applicants must be at least 25 years old and can reapply every two years with a new body of work.

Your application, written in either English or French, must include the following documents and be submitted in PDF format (up to 10 MB):
- Your current CV or resume
- An artist statement
- A portfolio
- A brief description of your project
- An estimate of the time needed to complete it
For artist duos, you may submit your applications together if you’re collaborating on a shared project, or separately. Please ensure that separate duo applications are submitted simultaneously.
